Lois has been a teacher and communicator most of her life. Wearing two hats as she says, she holds a degree in Elementary Education from Asbury College and a degree in Religious Education from Asbury Seminary.  Lois has taught in public schools in Cincinnati and Indiana and been involved in the church and ministry in Christian Education for over 28 years. She believes God called her to ministry and has worked in a number of churches, and in a United Methodist inner city ministry. She has worked with children, youth and adults in many different settings and ministries. She loves to interact in small groups and believes they are a part of what ministry is all about in the 21st century. Lois is a writer and shares that in a number of ways. She believes that "transformation" is the call of God to churches today.
